i have a T1 connection. i used to use limewire but it's full of junk files and won't let me filter the file sizes of my search :|

The best P2P program I've used is Ares, it's much faster than Warez, which I'd used for a while.

None are really reliable. Best ive seen is a program called Direct Connect. Or you can use a torrent program.
