I have an MA in I/O Psychology and used it in my first few jobs out of school, but now, as a result of a slack job market, am doing something completely unrelated. I wonder how other people in a similar circumstance feel about it. Do you want to get back to that type of work? Did you realize that that's not really what you wanted to do anyway? How are you dealing with it?

Well first off you like myself and millions of other were allowed to major is something that is totally USELESS.

The second part to this problem is at age 18 or even 22 do you really know what you want to do for the rest of your life and what you can make a living at? Way too many people go to college and now due to grade and degree inflation too many people are going to grad school.

The A.M.A and the American Bar Association limit the number of people who enter med school and law school I think colleges need to do the same with other grad programs as well.
My MBA is pretty much meaningless, it's like a BA you're expected to have it so it has no real value.
