I hear the shadowy horses
their long manes a shake
their huffs heavy with tumult
their eyes glimmering white
the north unfolds about them
clinging creeping night
the south is pouring down roses of crimson fire
the east her hidden joy before the morning break
the west weeps in pale dew and sighs passing away
beloved let your eyes half close
and your heart beat over my heart
and your hair fall over my breast
drowning love's lonely our
and hiding their tossing manes
and their tumultuous feet.

The first answerer has the right poem, but the date I found is different:

William Butler Yeats, 1896

Also here's an interesting change he made:

"Robartes was evidently the clearer in his memory, and is the dominant partner. Apart from ‘Rosa Alchemica’, Robartes had also figured in the titles of a few poems in The Wind Among the Reeds (1899), though his name was later replaced with ‘He’: ‘Michael Robartes bids his Beloved be at Peace’, ‘Michael Robartes remembers Forgotten Beauty’, ‘Michael Robartes asks Forgiveness because of his Many Moods’"

i like it....yet, i could like it much extra in case you elaborated, you already know, filled in slightly extra element (even nevertheless it is sounds you're listening to, quite than attractions you're seeing i'm specific you may 'pad' this out) eg early morning stillness a beginning birthed in silence power chanced on interior the shortcoming of stirrings then a poultry call cracks the quiet's floor quickly a vehicle drives by exhaust blowing, engine revving observed by the bark of next-door's canines and the crashing, trashing of my fence. then the tuneless whistle of the newsboy on his motorbike.... No, no longer nuisances, quite a confirmation of the continuum of existence. yet, it truly is basically me. i admire poems which show me what existence is like someplace else, and the extra element the extra suitable.
