It is one passworded webpage. You get one page and you access it with a password and collect "friends" and make it look good. You can get some space from Google if you have a gmail email account - you get 100Mb of space and can do 100 pages! But with Myspace the advertising money goes to Rupert Murdoch and News International the owners - with Google - I suspect they will fill the borders with advertising too. So if your ISP has given you web space why not use that and join a web ring. look at my site I did with my 15 Mb of space and you are welcome to email me and get help and join my web ring. Hopefully, I will get more space and make a community of amateur webmasters who want their own sites and even give away space to people who need it in the New year. My email is on my web site.

a myspace page is the same thing as a yahoo 360, it has a profile you can put videos,pics and ect. on the profile the myspace is mostly for e-mailing and posting bulletins.To sign up go to the thing that says sign up,than after ur done signing up go 2 edit profile and fill that up howerver you'd like after that go 2 . what ur there for which you have an and/or choices 4 which are friends,networking,dating,serious-relationships you can chose more than 2 if you'd like.4 the profile there are sights hosting that u can use 2 get things 4 it pimp myspace,poqbum,sparkle tags are prefered these other sights have stuff like games,contact tables,glitter grafics,funny sayings,and so much more....enjoy myspace its pretty cool

Visit the myspace website and follow the instructions for creating a page. As far as what it is....you can make it anything you want it to be...it's your own webpage. You can receive and send messages to other myspace users on it, you can blog on it, send out bulletins, etc. Check it out, you might want one for yourself. Just be sure you don't put too much personal information on it as it's accessible by anyone, although I think there is a feature where if you like, you can only allow access to specific users you've added as 'friends.' Anytime you're putting information online, just be sure to stay safe...never put your real name, address, phone#....stuff like that out there.

a myspace page is just a page about you that other users on myspace can see, you can send people mail put up pictures of yourself, add music to your site and add friends and see other peoples profiles ect. if you go to www.myspace.com you will be able to look at peoples sites and register.
