Some email was deleted by mistake from my trash folder. Is there a way I can go back and get some of ?

I don't think you can. Sorry.
If you trash something, you can sometimes go back very shortly after and retrieve it, but if the folder gets emptied, you're too late.
(Mind, I'm open to correction on this)

I don't think you can retrieve it, but maybe you can click the back button on your browser a few times and see if it'll take you back to before it was deleted. Just a thought. Good luck.
