MetaCrawler. I've used this particular search engine many times and have found it to produce much better search results than Google or any other search engines, because the results produced from a search on it will not have ads.

A better search engine is one which has a better search result and more to your requirements. It is no the one which has more number of result but the one which has less number of inappropriate results.
