The ladder was taken down because of OSHA safety regulations. An elevator was in progress until last month but the job was shut down by the NAACP's lawyers because of a review of the percentage of minorities on the jobsite. We expect this will be cleared up by next month, as we have conceeded to call it the Rainbow Elevator, in exchange for Jesse Jackson calling off the NAACP and letting the job proceed. A large payoff was also involved (there always is when dealing with these leaches) so the cost overrun will be disclosed in the next fiscal year and Congress will likely commission a special panel to investigate.
