I'm attracted to this girl, and I think she likes me too. She's always smiling and winking at me. And sometimes she'll move in real close to me, touching shoulder to shoulder, or arm to arm. When I move closer, she doesn't move away, either.
Thoughts? Advice?

she sounds friendly to say the least. Ask her out a couple of times, touch her in return. touch her back, shoulder and if she let ya, touch her face, brush her hair, give her a peck on the check when you say good bye.
I think she is either a friendly girl or she has a crush on you.

She might like you. So just get up the courage and ask if she wants to go to a movie sometime. If she interprets it as a date and acts just the same, then you'll know she wants to date and you can start off from there.
If not, well, at least you have a new friend, eh?

Sounds to me like she likes you. At least that's what I'd think if someone was like that to me... take advantage of it. There's a chance she could just be one of those friendly touchy feely girls but I have a feeling she's into you. Maybe you can bring up the subject of relationships and ask her about her boyfriend. If she responds like she doesn't have a fondness for guys, that's a good sign.
