I can tell you where I like to chat and that's on yahoo. I've been on yahoo chat since a few months back and I love every bit of it. Since there are user rooms, voice activated private conferences, webcam, chat room Dj's, goups and communities like the new Yahoo 360, etc

Well are you looking for a new chat program other than AIM?
if so then gAIM is a good one for Windows it gets rid of all the advertising and allows for lots of customization
you can download it at:

if you use a Mac i recommend either Proteus (http://proteusx.org/)
or i prefer Adium (http://www.adiumx.com/)

well theres always yahoo messenger and msn messenger...they are great....i think the best one overall is aim but if u have an apple computer then u could use ICQ messenger.
