Try using a battery operated shiruken, its garunteed to come back. Or put your name and address on it and hope that someone returns it

Maybe stun them with a blow gun, take 'em down with a Manriki chain and use a bullwhip like a lasso to restrain them. Whack them with a billy club till unconscious then carefully remove shiruken. You may want to take this opportunity to attach some form of restraint to their ankles so they can't run too far.

Attach it to a long length of tought strengther nylon.
This way you can yank it - and with any luck strike the child who is creeping up on you from behind.
To be honest you would be better off to just use one small child as a weapon and hit the target child with it.
This way you kill two children with one blow.
