Names come from family and naming ceremonies (in some tribes) when you are raised in the culture... To pick out a name for yourself is not looked upon well... You'd be better off to learn one of the languages and translate the meaning of the name you already have into it.

Hmmm let's see...some names of Natives I know...Phyliss, Lynn, Nancy, Avery, Thomas, Micheal, Jim, Regina...this list goes on, but there are a few. Names of 100% official Native Americans that I know personally.
