What radius of circle for the patio should i use to fit them on.

It's going to be 1060mm plus the chairs. If the chairs set 100 cm from the table the total radius would be 2060. I'd round it up to 3000mm so a person can push their chair back.

Are you sure 1060 is mm? That's only slightly more than 1 meter (39 in).
