its a small flower, yellow or white. when u pick it theres a small green bud. if u pull on it carefully, a filament will come out, bringing with it little drops of sweet liquid. its pretty good

Lonicera (honeysuckle) typically grows well in zones 4-8. Honeysuckle shrubs are fast-growing. They prefer full sun but tolerate partial shade, and grow in almost any soil type, except wet soil. Most bear fragrant flowers in spring and some have berries in fall. Flower colors are not limited to white and yellow. Several varieties are now available that bloom shades of pink and red. The varieties "Pink Lemonade" and "Dropmore Scarlet" are pink and red varieties respectively.
As far as care goes - prune after flowering, and if it becomes overgrown - prune 6 inches from the ground to renew.
Common pests and diseases associated with honeysuckle are leaf blight, leaf spot, aphids, scale, and webworm. However, honeysuckle is a resilient plant and if given light attention will be O.K.

Honeysuckle is also a vine. And can also be a very invasive, take-over vine. The flowers are as described above and can be very pretty and smell good, but can be very hard to control. The shrub may be o.k. but the vine can take over very quick. I've spent years trying to destroy it and keep it from taking over.
