In the upper right of the Explorer window, click the middle of the three small buttons.

get mozilla firefox or ideal browser
you can increase or decrease the size by usually going to the veiw tab.. and setting what you would like to change.
On scroll mouses you can hit ctrl and wheel either up or down to increase decrease the text size
or you can resize the page edge by hitting oonthe middle box on the top right and resizing manuallly.

if you are talking about the writing size then go to top and click on view and on it go down to size and change the size of the page you want.

if you have a scroll mouse, hold the control (Ctrl) key and scroll up, your window content will either shrink or get bigger.
