Absolutely, it is not advised however, due to the immaturity of the mother-to-be. If a 12 year old wants a baby, that 12 year old should see a counselor, because something is very wrong. 12 year olds should be more worried about their hair and their friends thinking they are fat, than raising a child as a child! Yes you probably can....but would you want to ...No...any 12 year old who wants children at the age of 12 has got to have serious issues.

you are able to have baby whenever you have a period. Girls have their periods (usually) between the ages of 9 and 16. Sure, its possible.

of course when you get your first period that lets you know that your body is ready thats anywhere from the age 9 on. i had my first kid at 19
