It could be many things. Without being glib, this is a question for a medical professional, specifically, a gynecologist . . . which you probably already know. Therefore, unless there is a financial reason to not go to your doctor or clinic, it appears that you are hoping for the safe answer, and no one in the answering community would be much of a friend if they were not honest with you: go to your doctor. Good luck!

Listen to me. It can happen. It did happen. To me. I had a tubal ligation when I was 45. The very next year I had an ectopic pregnancy involving my right ovary as the embryo had no where else to implant. I was clueless until it ruptured and I had internal bleeding and went to the doctor. Take a pregnancy test to find out once and for all. You still produce the human pregnancy hormone with an ectopic pregancy. The test will tell you for sure.

Yes, you can get pregnant - I've heard of this happening, but it's a tubal pregnancy which can require surgery. If you've had 5 children, then you probably know the signs of pregnancy. Take a home pregnancy test and call your Doctor.

Try pre menopause? But my Grandma had a baby after getting her tubes tied but that was in the late 50's.. See a doctor if you have medical questions.

If you tubes were cut and burnt then no you can't get pregnant. I had the same thing happen to me years ago and my doctor called it an imaginary pregnancy.

No. You may be starting menopause and having a pregnancy response because your body thinks that's what the hormone changes are.
