As for when people get ultrasounds, I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to. If you're referring to pregnancy, its usually 18-24 weeks, depends on when the doctor would like one performed, when you can get an appointment at an ultrasound clinic. If you have complications a doctor may order an ultrasound earlier.

yes..that clinic will have that record and if you make any claim with your insurance...people usually get ultrasounds done during pregnancy at any time... depends on the doctor.. some will get them to see about how far along you are but to determind the sex it usually after the 20th week...and many will need them before labor to see what the babys position is.

If you go thru insurance it will be on a record, if you pay cash it will just show up on THAT clinics record, that no one but you has access to unless you sign a release thanks to the hipa laws.
