The problem: I can't code websites, but I'd like to open my new project on one.
I can pay 20% of the income from the ads and you can have your own ad on my site, too.

I'd be happy to help. Look at my website and if that is what you have in mind - my email address is at the bottom of each page - just email me. Tell me if you have any space such as space from your ISP and what you want a site for - just a personal site or to promote something? I'm not great at being a webmaster - but hope to set up a community of webmasters in the new year with small sites like mine or who want to learn like you. I may even be giving away web space. Incidentally, don't ignore the adverts - they give me important data if people click on them!
