Bad drivers. I think that once you hit 60 there should be a full blown driving exam every time you go to renew your liscense. people deteriorate so fast, and just like kids should not be driver, neither should old people. They should also set the speed limits realistically, everyone is forced to speed today, but most cops dont pull you over till you go 15mph over th limit. Cars today can go a lot faster than they used to.
