One that is related to your core subjects is always preferable.
Also you will be at home in your area so confidence levels will always be in top gear . But in case you do not happen to get
MBA - IT then MBA is not bad as long it is from any IIM. As they say, aim for the sky even if you miss it you will be among stars.
