Put in a blender: frozen bananas, other fruit like strawberries or papaya, a cup of muesli, a cup of plain nonfat yogurt, a teaspoon of cinnamon, a scoop of whey protein powder and some apple juice. Yum.

The best start of the day is a good wholemeal bread , walnut bread (if u can find this anywhere from any good decent classic bakery), & a few slices of gourda cheese or any clean UNPROCESSED CHEESE. The a nice cup of tea to wash it down. The after all that u have a nice slice of papaya , or a nice pineapple (very ripe & has some brown that is sugar colour) to finish ur breakfast.
For memory it is sheer concerntration & not be "careless" taking the cafree life & not learning to "think" . GINGKO BILOBA IS THE PLANT FOR MEMORY. SO TAKE THIS TABLET FROM PHARMACY.
Spend free time reading & memorising things & by writing it down it helps u remember what u just did & learnt.
About half hour later drink a big class of water & do this almost every half hour at least half a glass , this helps clan ur system & clears all impurities by u going to pass urine more often than u used to ,this is a good sign "ur plumbing" is working. After a few pees, u will find ur urine clearer & not YELLOW. it helps to flush ur kidneys. .Have a nice barley drink & it is boiled for a couple of hours slow fire to boil till barley seeds is soft & water is milky colour. Barley is the best for ur system daily & "cools" ur body temperature. Eat more nuts ,like almonds, walnut, cashew, pumpkin seeds. Eat vegetables that is half cooked & not murdered. Chinese spinach daily is the best for ur diet & it is high contents in iron. U can see this when u cut it & place it on a metal plate ,,,it starts to ozz out & stains the plate. My mum eats this daily if possible from frying it with garlic to putting it in soups with garlic. (some vegrans dont eat garlic)
For your MEMORY:- do some serious reading.
Keep a dictionary next to u to check the word u have jsut come accross & did not know before or have forgotten.

oregano is very good for memories problem specially in the morning u can put some on the olives n oil they ll give it better taste n u can fry tomato's n use oregano with it its yum
