Canada is better than the United States! (I imagine this question will be deleted imediately) The last time I dissed Canada it was deleted immediately!

Germany is better than both, a liter of beer costs 40cents here, and its good beer, everyone is insured medically, and 3 grams of weed is considered legal, prostituion as well, and there are no open container laws, the legal drinking and smoking age is 16 and there are less alcoholics here than in the us, need I go on, but canada is a close second...

Well, I've believed for years it's a wonderful country to accept 'draft dodgers', a noble act when our young men are ordered to violate their consciences. If my son needed to do that, I'd want to live there, obey their laws, pay their taxes. What do you like about Canada? Have you lived there and in the US? What are some concerns/social conditions Canadians worry about? How's the poverty up there, and living conditions and rights for women? How about the society's view on homosexuality, abortion, interracial marriages? These are a few concerns people of various cultures report.

I've been up in Ontario for a few months and can't really see that it's "better". They have their issues just like the states do. High prices on everything, taxes out the wazoo and they let the natives run over them as badly as we let a certain minority get away with whatever they want (in the southern USA)

Canada is ok. Not as good as Las Vegas, but its ok.

I would not say better. We both have amazing things to see,to do,I love the different accents Americans have. I like us both!!!!!!!
