I agree that they parents should be told. I can tell you that kids are curious and who else are you closer to than your sibling? Alot of siblings go through this but she's a tad old to still be in that phase. It's not right and obviously he's concerned if he confided in you. I'd talk to the 18 year old sister first, she is legally grown. They must be quite sheltered. At 18, I wouldn't think she'd still be "curious" to know what boys have "down there". It's kinda sick.

A lot of adolescent brothers and sisters do this kind of thing. It's usually nothing to worry about and they get over it as soon as they start to find girlfriends/boyfriends. However, the girl is a little old for that sort of thing, so either she's very inexperienced or she's behaving a bit oddly. Or both. But it hardly qualifies as 'incest' or anything that justifies calling in the child protection authorities, especially when it's possible he wasn't telling you the truth.
I think the suggestion that you should talk to *her* about this is the best one, before you (or anyone) talk to the parents. You might find that she'll say, "What? He asked me if I wanted to see it!!" Or you may find that she says nothing like that ever happened. And then you may not know who to believe.
Maybe he made up the story because he wanted to talk dirty to you. One thing's for sure: you shouldn't do anything hasty on the basis of something a pubescent boy told you. It could all be some kind of fantasy.
Keep an open mind on this before you act.

if the ages were much younger would say it was normal curiousity but am like you concerned why an 18 year old sister would be concerned about physically seeing her younger brothers penis sze
this girl may have big issues and parents need to be enlightened but the boy needs bring it up

Parents don't watch for this type of thing because its not a normal sibling act. But i think they should be told about it. He is being manipulated by someone he thinks loves him, and its not right. You should def do something about it. An outside veiw might help :)

For her to ask to see is wierd. Me, 15 and my brother, 14 get naked in front of eachother all the time so I saw his parts and he saw mine. We don't share a room and there isn't any incest or nothing but we used to take baths together as children so I see no big deal. But I don't just ask him to whip it out so that I can get a peaky-pie or nothing.

wow...thats kinda weird. i think the parents shpuld be notified. but another point it...the the boy care? is he disturbed in any way? if so...hime and the parentsneed to talk to his sister right away...before more probles arise.

he should be old enough to say no.. Im getting ready to turn 15 and i know i would not let anyone see my "private". You need to tell there parents because there might be other things she does to him

Sometimes kids play "doctor" .. you let me see yours and I'll let you see mine. But 18 is waaay too old for that kind of thing. Sounds weird to me. There isn't much you can do about it. Good Luck! :)
