If it was my husband, all he would have to do is make the offer. I would love it, no questions asked :-)
If I was single, and I was dating the guy, same goes.
If I was single, and NOT dating the guy, I would wonder about the offer.
A foot massage or any other type of massage is a fairly intimate thing. If a man doesn't already have a good relationship (or basis for one) going, then the offer is inappropriate.

my guy has a factor for ft so he's consistently touching them, despite if we are in simple terms hangin out watching television, he must be touching my ft. he additionally likes kissing them. fortuitously i'm no longer ticklish in any respect.
