you can download or buy a converter, like videora or winavi, or if you have quicktime pro, you can use that too.

i think Iriverter can do it. It's free, but it's made to format videos to fit the Iriver Clix.

you can go to yahoo or google and type in ipod video converter and it will give an list of convertersto download and just download it and ur good to go
