If the seller has a good rating (95%-100% positive feedback) you shouldn't have worry too much about it. Just repackage it, address it to the sender and go to the Post office to ship it back. Let the seller know what you are doing first and make sure that he agrees to give you a refund.

Did you e-mail the seller and and this was the agreement? If not, you should probably e-mail them and ask them how they would like to handle the situation. If this was the agreement, simply place it in an envelope/box and mail it out at your own expense. If it was unopened, you can just write "return to sender" on it and they should get it.
Also, most sellers will not refund postage...just the cost of the item itself unless you received the item in error. Hope that this helps.

You do have a leg to stand on - a million) the dimensions is diverse than what's declared in the itemizing 2) All areas listed weren't sent. Down is going the leg if in the itemizing it states something approximately not refunding delivery. yet those 2 products must be sufficient to get ebay and/or paypal to permit you to dispute the transaction.

I'd take it to the post office, and send return receipt requested. Costs a bit more, but worth it.
Sometime the seller will pay for return shipping, sometimes not. Send the seller and e-mail to ask.
Good sellers frequently pay for return shipping to gain the good will of buyers!
