If this is a new thing, then she's trying to tell you that she's ready for the relationship to end. She wants you to break up with her so that she doesn't have to dump you. It's a common thing that people do, become such a pain that they don't have to be the dump-er.
If she's always been this high strung, then maybe you need a new girlfriend anyway. Girls that are high maintenance usually aren't worth the work it takes to keep them happy. Eventually they grow up and realize that the world doesn't revolve around them, and they need to get over themselves. There is nothing you can say or do to change her behavior.

Chill Out. Something is bothering her. For some unknown reason she is hurt or upset, or unhappy. You could do several things: 1: Leave her alone. 2: Try to get her to explain the problem. 3: Remember that you are not responsible for her happiness. Some people are just beyond help. If her nerves are that rattled, and she is that unhappy, leave her to her own miserable self. Remind her that happiness comes from inside, you cannot give it or take it from her. She must find and take control over it herself.

Discuss with her about what is REALLY bugging her. I mean usually if my ex was annoyd by everything there was actually some problem on her mind. And we could discuss it and she'd be happy and thank me for having the talk.
Maybe she's not happy with some part of her life?
Good luck there, mate.

It is really that serious? Tell your girlfriend to inhale and then exhale.... everything is really going to be alright! If that does not work, inform her that see is pushing you away! Get to the bottom line...what is really bothering her!

I'd tell her first to go see a doctor. She may have mental problems or health issues that cause her to let everthing be on her nerves.
If that doesn't help, I'd probably tell her where the door is, and not to let it hit her in the butt on her way out.

If you are constantly getting on her nerves, perhaps it's time to consider going your seperate ways.

"Go away"
Theres only so much patience a person can have. Im referring to you. If she complains about everything you do or say and wants you to change, then it isnt you she wants.

it all depends on the situation...and the same thing happens with my fiancee and i when we fight...he just stays calm and tries his hardest to try and explain his point of view...try telling her to calm down or if she wont then why not try taking a walk with her to try to calm her down...i know that always works for me...good luck
