you have to love his marketing manager!! he pulled off the greatest rip off of all time. and the yankee's fell for it. lot's of money and no brains. cut a-rod loose and i will play for $1000 dollars a week. the results will be the same in the end.

Bold answer above me, but I strongly disagree because A-Rod won't be on the Yankees team any more. A-Rod proably won't win a World Series.

gonna be hard --unless his ego lets him take a huge pay-cut! Not many teams willing to spend that amount on a position player.
Maybe when he is an older player-he'll get hooked up with a winning team and get it that way!

Nope...The reason-He costs too much...GMS try to surround him with other superstars. A team of superstars is great for the ALL STAR game, but the best teams are generally the ones with a whole bunch of "scrubs" who just want to PLAY!!!
