There is no PERFECT rhyme for "idolized". Such a rhyme would have to match ALL the sounds from the vowel of the syllable with the main accent (the first letter of your word in this case) to the end.

This rules out the long lists some have provided, since they pretty much match just the last syllable, ignoring the words' accents. These are NOT rhymes.

What you can do in a case like this is look for a "near rhyme" in which MOST of the sounds match. Best is one in which the ending is the same (-ized... -lized if possible) and the vowels of the preceding syllables --ESPECIALLY he accented on-- match ("assonance").

That would given you the following (note that though the letters do not always match, the SOUNDS do):

hydrolized, pyrolized
ironized, simonized,iodized,ionized, lionized
acclimatized, detribalized, devitalized, finalized, privatized, recapitalized, regionalized, revitalized, ritualized

And don't forget compounds, or two-word combos:

trial-sized

Another type of word that's fairly close and sometimes works is one where the order of the final consonants is slightly changed. In this case -

glycosides

Sorry Goldspan, but you're wrong. "Eyes" does not rhyme with "idolized" along with all of your other 1 and 2 syllable words. You're other words don't rhyme either. Even though they are not actual words, "Midolized" and "Sidolized" would be the kind of words you are looking for. The correct answer is: No words rhyme with "idolized".

This isn't an exact rhyme, but how about "hydrolized" ?
