What are you talking about? That was where the Others live. It takes place back at the beginning of the show, when Desmond didn't enter the numbers in time and caused Oceanic Flight 815 to go down. It tells us how Goodwin and Ethan Rom got sent to the different parts of the crash. Have you watched any of the first two seasons?

I wasn't lost until I watched that was that the end of the second season or the beginning of the third.
