Yup, I'm going through this too. I am pregnant with my 4th and I too am 9 weeks. According to my doctor as we get older and have more children, our bodies "know" what to do and automaticly begin doing it when we have a certian amount of HGC. Plus with the being older part - we are less likely to be in perfect shape as we were with eariler pregnancies. With my oldest son I was a size 2 and only got to a size 4 with the pregnancy I didn't show until I was 6 months along. With my middle son (he was born 1 year & 4 days after my oldest) I went from a size 4 to a size 8 I started showing at 5 months. My youngest son is 4 years younger than my middle son (but I hadn't really lost any of the weight) I went from a size 8 to a size 12 and started showing at 4 months. This baby is going to be almost 3 years to the day younger than my youngest son. Now I am 9 weeks along and like you I look like I'm 4 months.
I hope this helps - Good luck and Congrats!!

when I was pregnant with my son (#3) I started showing a lot at 8 weeks. My Dr. told me that everyone is different but usually as you have more pregnancies your uterine walls stretch and become loose. Therefore you will show alot earlier than before because you are already stretched out. Also when I was 7 months along I began to have sharp pains when i walked. It never lasted but 3 seconds. It was caused from my uteris just moving around. Its sounds gross I know, but honey as you know its all worth it in the end! So smile your baby and you will be just fine! Good luck and congratulations on your newest addition

I am on my 3rd as well and I am showing much like I should be 4 months and I am only 10 weeks. I was told that the more pregnancies you go through, the quicker you show due to the lack of strength in your stomaach muscles.
I also had 2 c-sections in the past, so I am fully aware that my stomach muscles aren't what they used to be.

Because your muscles are already stretched out and don't have much elasticity left. I'm on my fifth pregnancy and in my 7th week and already having problems buttoning my jeans. My doctor said to anticipate showing faster and then levelling off for a while. I wouldnt' worry much it's normal. Congratulations to you and yours!

Your increased girth could be alot of things. It could be because you just have a much weaker abdominal muscles, a bigger baby or you might be having twins. But all of these could only be confirmed by your MD.
Good day to you!

Aww Crissy. The more pregnancies, the earlier you show. Your muscles have already been stretched and they know the routine. You're normal.

Every pregnancy is different , you can't compare them exactly, maybe you gained weight before you became pregnant
you ain't got no problems,do you look 4 months to you or have everyone else told you you look more months than you are,if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
