Are you visiting India or you want to just pick up something through net?
If you are visiting India than you will be able to find it any where in India. Its a part of the junk jewellery and a lot of teens wear it. In case you are visiting India and you want fake buttons you can pick up in dozens at colaba or bandra ... linking road. In case if you want to pick them up in gold or silver with precious or semi precious stones you could go to any jewellery shop ... i would suggest the traditional shops at Zaveri Bazaar near Crawford market. Another very famous shop for such buttons where Tribhavan Das Bhimji which is at Opera House and also at Zaveri Bazaar you will get gold/silver/or just designer jewellery. Just come to mumbai and dial just dial service number is 022-2888 8888 and ask for Tribhavan das phone number and directions they will guide you.
And in case of net just go to eBay.in...... start searching you will get good stuff there too.

bangalore , in comercial street u get all type of fake dtuff at throw away prices .if u want i ll buy it 4 u and send 2 where ever u r .
Or just come down here and get it urself...
I dont think there is any need 2 mention d price range bcose i told u that it is all export quality stuff which has been stolen or smuggled and sold at very cheap range

Aha I had mine done and it didn't get infected and it didn't hurt so i would just get one.I Bought a fake one off ebay last year,so you CAN purchase one on ebay,but im warning they do not stay on very well Good luck :) So just look up fake belly ring on ebay and they should pop up :)
