There are a number of sites that post their pics and those of their johns. Nothing illegal about posting the image of a crimminal plying their trade. And nothing illegal about posting ANY picture of ANYONE in a public place -- at least in the US.

If you live in a neighborhood with street prostitution and you don't like it, the way to stop it is to focus on the men. They are the ones who have something to lose.
In my town, the neighborhood association put up the names of men convicted of purchasing the services of prostitutes on a billboard and that really cut down the problem.
Posting pics of the women could be taken as advertising.

I don't think that streetwalking prostitutes spend much time in front of a computer screen.

It is not illegal to have a Webcam. It is not illegal to post news pictures. It is illegal to compromise somebody's privacy for commercial purposes, or to defame somebody.
