No longer relevant, so long as the definition of a terrorist is anybody who opposes our unilateral, senseless invasions and occupations.
If he is alive, he's in Waziristan, Pakistan, safe and sound under the protection of Pakistani intelligence and tribal chiefs now that Pakistan has declared a truce with the Taliban and other militants in the area. Taliban attacks into Afghanistan have skyrocketed since this truce was declared.
