You will need to take a lot of classes so you know what you are testing the cars for. You will need to be able to write reports and anlize data. You would have to know what part of the testing you would want to be in. Not all testing is for the same thing.
OR
You could get a helmet and some sensors and hook to each part of your body. Then you would need to drive a car at set speeds into a rock wall. Get the readings and take with you to your interview.
