I am thinking of moving down there from NY state and am bi-racial and was wondering about how colored people are treated in that area? Also what are the chances of someone who is legally blind getting hired in that area as an elementary school teacher? Anything else you can tell me would also help me out a lot too.

Raleigh is an excellent city in which to live.

The sad truth is that you will find bigots anywhere you go, but there is very little overt racism in the city.

The Wake County school system is growing at an astonishing rate. If you are accredited to teach in NY, you should have no problems getting accredited here.

a great number of laid lower back human beings a great number of jobs while in comparison with something of the South. a great number of inexpensive housing a great number of interest Th purely situation with Raleigh is that the Northerners are shifting there at alarming expenditures & they are bringing their personalities with them. Then they arrive to my sea coast close to Wilmington turning it right into a sparkling Coney Island or Jersey short. and there is not any room for Snooki here.
