I am doing an experiment write-up for an experiment involving the investigation in to how pH effects the rate of a reaction catalysed by the enzyme trypsin. I can't think of any safety measures except: always remain standing, wear safety spectacles, don't keep glass or substances near edge of table. I need more!

Since you will probably be working with acids and bases, perhaps you should be wearing laboratory gloves.

Maybe use care in the handling of the acids and bases.
