It's her life, let her screw it up. She'll have to learn from her mistakes.

first of all - she is no friend of yours.
If you have expressed your concern to her that her behaviour is dangerous and foolish, then you have done your job and you are done with her. If you remain involved with her, the chances of you falling into a situation that you don't want to be in are huge.
If the rape charges go through, you must go to the police and tell them what you know. Chances are that they are savvy enough to be able to know that the girl is lying, but your statement may solidify that.
If I was her mom, she would have a better sense of what's right and wrong, she would appreciate discipline, she would have respect and hopefully she wouldn't have made these choices to begin with.
Otherwise she'd be in a boot camp

if her mom doesn't punish her that means she believes all she says.... there is no way her mom can even imagine her daughter is lying to her....
best thing you can do is stay away from her she is not a good influence on you...
i don't know what kind of mom is she... but if my daughter tell me she has been raped I'll go to place where she told me it happened and try to see if somebody heard or saw anything....
and try to find out where did my daughter got the drugs from in the first place..... only on that way she may figure out her daughter is lying.... otherwise... it's gonna end here...

I can't believe she did this either. And at the tender age of 13. This is very serious. I believe she is trying to prove something, but not sure just what.
Talk to this girl - because this is a dangerous thing that she is doing. If my kids or grandkids EVER did anything like this and we knew it, they would have been or would be grounded right now and if that didn't work they would have been sent for counseling. This kid is playing with fire and she is going to be in serious trouble if she continues. You are her friend - talk to her. She is just a kid, just going into her teens. She should be having fun, not doing things that can harm her for life. She needs to tell her mother. If she feels she can't talk to her mother, then she needs to talk to her guidance councilor in school, and as soon as possible. This is one kid that really needs help. Pray for her - she needs it.

well it could be consider statutaury rape but this girl is obviously manipulating the story. It is a cry for attention. Tell her to stop being such a ***** and get a life and tell her mom she needs to watch her daughter before she really flies of the handle.

I would tell your mother what really happend... then let the parents deal with it. The way shes acting I can tell she's not going to listen to anything you say.
Hopefully her mother will listen and do something about her out of control daughter.
You guys are too young to be on myspace anyways - there are real jerks out there.

if her mom already called the cops, their will be an investigation. If the truth is found out she will be illegible for purgery, and if this isn't her first crime, she will go to jail if it's her first crime, she will get community hours. Cops and judges don't like liars, especially with young girls trying to get as much attention as possible. Best to tell your friend to drop all charges right away if they were already.

If I were her mom I'd call the police and find those alleged rapers. The truth would come out and I'd never let her go anywhere again until she was 18.

Yuor friend has issues. She is going to get herself into danger. If you really cared about her, then just tell her mom. Een if she hated you, atleast you did something before she got seriously in danger.
