I'm kidding. Do you think that your the only one ever to have done that? If you feel bad, just go back to the shop, pretend to try it on again (if it's still there) and then tell the assistant that it is broken.

That was just dishonest to do, but in todays world there arent many honest people left. You should go back and pay for it since you broke it. The guilty feeling will not go away til you correct your wrong doing.

yes, i did that actually last week but it was a million dolar ring(i think a million)
And the dimond fell off. the shop assistent was on the other side of the shop. Oppps .. .

lol I would have done exactly the same.Shops cover their losses easily.Last year I took my daughter in a shop to try a skirt on,it wouldn't come back off.I had to yank the zip and broke it.I hung it neatly up and left!!

It doesn't make you a bad person. It does make you rude. You should have told the assistant. They probably wouldn't have made you pay for it.

no just normal I don't think I know anyone who would have told, the shop would have only charged you for it, so you would have paid for something that was no good. So stop stressing!
