Talk to your girlfriend....Eat, drink, and breathe Japan.
Eat Udon and Sashimi. Drink Ocha. watch tv and movies in Japanese. Plan your vacation in December. Read books about Japan.

You obviously can't go back right now, so make a plan to go back sometime in the future--when you finish school, when you have a vacation, or something.
In the meantime, find something you enjoy in your current location. It doesn't matter whether it's video games, biking, watching movies, going to the mountains or whatever.
Usually, when you feel homesick, it's because you're bored and cut off from people. The best thing you can do is find something to do and find some way to meet people, whether it's online or offline.

Man, you're in the wrong place right now. I'm telling you go back! Or either make the most of where you are if that's impossible. If you don't have much friends where you are now join clubs even if you don't like the sound of them try it out you never know. Keep in regular contact with your loved ones and just get out there... things won't improve if you're just mopping around.

If it's not impossible to go there right now, I'd get in the first plane and pay them a visit... If there's difficulties in achieving that, I guess that some long phone calls would do you some good... Anyway, I understand you perfectly... Good luck!

Awww, hang in there. Write lots of letters, e-mails, etc... And, maybe it'll help to write in a diary or something. Get your thoughts down on paper and maybe that'll help you get the homesickness out of your system. Good luck!! ;)
