I don't think a person is as guilty with just words... compared to acting upon it... but it does show his possible intent... perveted suggestions is a crime when the reciever of these remarks are under age or have made it clear they want no part of it... People in power or celebs should know better than to than to do things like that... their employees. co-worker, the media, their enemies are waiting and watching for them to screw up...

I'd say he is guilty, but not AS guilty. They are obviously two different degrees of inappropriateness. I'm sure there are people out there who communicate perversion but stop themselves before they cross the next line - acting upon it.

yes. in today's society we can not be to careful. though he simply communicated a want or desire the idea of the act being carried out is enough to find him guilty. do i believe this is worth all the attention that the democrats want to give it in order to sway the mid term elections. though i do believe that there needs to be prosecution in the case.. i do not think that this is a republican or democratic situation.
