can bill clinton run for office again

As long as they fit the requirements of the 22nd Amendment. Bill Clinton and George W. Bush could not run again because they served 2 full terms already (or, in Bush's case, will serve 2 terms at the end of his current term), but George H.W. Bush could, because he only served 1 term.

Bill cannot as he served his two. George Bush Senior can, as he only did one term

A PRESIDENT CAN ONLY SERVE TWO TERMS - 8 YEARS. CLINTON DID, SO HE CANNOT RUN AGAIN
