As long as they fit the requirements of the 22nd Amendment. Bill Clinton and George W. Bush could not run again because they served 2 full terms already (or, in Bush's case, will serve 2 terms at the end of his current term), but George H.W. Bush could, because he only served 1 term.

A PRESIDENT CAN ONLY SERVE TWO TERMS - 8 YEARS. CLINTON DID, SO HE CANNOT RUN AGAIN
