If there was a world w/out time-what would be different?

If there was no time, do you think it would be different when to know to go to sleep, would are bodies adjust? I mean time as if there was no clock.

I kno there was time i just ment if we couldn't tell what time of the day it was...nevermind lol.

there was time before there were clocks genius.....if there was not time we would not exist....because we could not be born or die
