Yes you can and you should get a full refund though you will have to pay the P&P yourself. Alternitavely they may offer you a replacement. If they don't still have your selected model in stock they should offer you like for like. This could even mean you get a free upgrade. You have to remember that nothing is really built to last these days. With the divorce rate as it is a bride really doesn't have to last that long. I have heard that the Eastern European brands do last longer but cost a little more.

It was probably made in Japan. They excel in electronics, but keep all the best ones for domestic use. looks like you need the new improved Japanese - Japanese bride. Never breaks down, works like a demon and makes pretty good tea (batteries not included, but includes key-wind operation.
