I don't think so. Your body will become dependant and you won't be able to go without them.

It will damage your internal tissue, and your body will not be able to digest on its own after awhile because the water does all the work for it.

In addition, most water from the tap is safe for drinking, but it usually have chlorine in it, which is very harsh for an enema. Just imagine what that would do to you if you used it daily.

A doctor will only recommend daily enemas for people with extreme problems, like Irritable Bowel Syndrome. And even then, it would be a last resort because they would start with a high fiber, high water diet and possibly medication. So there are very few cases when a person should use an enema daily.

If you are considering enemas because you have messy bowel movements, it could be related to your diet. If you are eating the right foods, and in good health, your bowel movements should be fairly clean and there should be very little residue on the toilet paper. If you are eating greasy foods, or drinking a lot of coffee or cola, this can be one cause.

I hope this helps. As I always say, take care of your body and it will take care of you :)

No, and it's really not necessary. Bowels are designed to work with fiber based foods and water.

No, not a good idea. If you are that constipated, you need to see a doctor. Increasing your fiber intake usually resolves constipation problems.

No it isn't. If you feel you need to do that everyday to function correctly .. then something may be wrong. See your Doctor and good luck! :)
