i think with some people 1 is the fear of heights 2 is they think roller coasters will fall off the track and 3 the speed they go as some can go 0 to 80 in 2 seconds i don't have a fear as i ride roller coasters all the time but from people i have spoken to that seems to be the 3 most common reasons ever since final destination 3 came out i have noticed people are having more fears of roller coasters falling off the tracks or the harness coming undone i have been riding roller casters since i was 10 as that was the age i passed the height restrictions i have never known there to be an accident in the UK where i live involving roller coasters and I'm 32 now

I used to be a little afraid, too. Then when I was 7 we went to Busch Gardens and my dad took me on Scorpion. It was my first roller coaster and we sat in the front row! I say just go for it, but that's just me. You'll never know unless you try. Roller coasters are fun!

I was horribly scared before my first roller coaster ride. Now I am a FREAK about roller coasters! They rock and I am not even scared of one of those Giant Drop rides ( I know that they are not a roller coaster). You should just try riding one, you might think its fun, you might not.
BUT IT IS PERFECTLY SAFE!

your just scared cause u never been on one, just go ride one and for teh first time close ur eyes and scream like heckkk and it takes your mind off of the drops, plus the point of a roller coaster is to get scared and suprised by the drops so dont worry

youve NEVER ridden a roller coaster? they are so much fun. you should really get on one some time. particularly one with a loop and big hill. i love coasters, you def. want to try it out.

well... up until this summer i had never ridden a coaster before! when i felt that rush in my stomach, i was afraid that i was going to throw up. but i realized that it was just the wind rushing back at my stomach. pretend that you're just going really fast in a car with the top down!!

an u should try going on a roller coster
its alot of fun!!
how can u be afarid if u never went on 1.

look its all in your head. when u are going to a amusment park next time get some one to force u to get on literally. it worked on me. ill go on the world largest coaster. try it.

I guess this is because you have never tried one and also you must have seen and got afraid.
Even i use to have this problem but i sat on them and now i am actually not anymore scared!!
