I have forgotten how to update an iPod as to my iPod wasnt working for three months and has now started to work. Do I press Sync______'s Ipod?

If you sync your music on ipod it will copy all the music on your itunes to your ipod. Or if you manually manage it, you can just drag the albums, playlist, videos that you want on your ipod.

Just download the new itunes and it will download the apple software updater when you connect your ipod it will automatically update your ipod software

plug it into your pc, use the USB cable that came with the ipod, it will mirror what is on itunes
