Which is the best segment B car for Mumbai. My budget is 4.00 lacs. I have shortlisted Wagar R and Santra.?

I am looking at price comparasion, fuel economy and which suits Mumbai roads better. I will not be using it for long drives or going out of mumbai.

For a sum above Four Hundred Thousand you would get the Hyundai Santro from B Segment cars in Mumbai
The Wagar R is non existent in India. You would find only the Wagon R which is lower than the HS in terms of rankings, ride quality, build quality and company ratings
