she is very beautiful but whenever i do sex with her i phantasize some other girls. Is it common for any guy? or I should go to a psychriatrist?

I don't know much about sex, I'm still a virgin, but it seems to me that if you're having sex with her, you must care deeply about her and vise versa. The thing is, how would she feel if you knew you were thinking of other girls? She'd freak out, right? I would be deeply upset if I knew my boyfriend was thinking of other girls.
This brings you to two options.
Either deal with it because you know it won't ever affect your feelings for her and don't tell her about it.
OR
See a psychologist. They have therapy for things like that I'm almost positive. Check it out if you feel like it's going to be a problem.
The number one thing you have to consider is how it makes you feel. If you feel guilty about it, it's probably wrong.
I could be totally off base, but that's my outlook on it.

What can the fantasizing hurt, as long as she doesn't know about it?
I don't trust a psychriatist as far as I can spit! They all have their own hang ups, and we're just the ones that don't get to hear about theirs!! :-)
Are you fantisizing about a real girl, or is it one you have made up in your head?
If she's a real one, then I'd say, you have an eye on her, and a dream to be with her. Even though your gf is beautiful, it doesn't mean her beauty can keep you satisfied or have your thoughts not go towards another.
I've heard many people say it took fantasy in their own heads at times, to keep their marriages lasting throughout many years.
Your not sick, just not truely satisfied.

Is the girl you fantasize about a celeb or someone like that? If so completely normal. My best friend is a guy. We talk to each other about everything. He said guys do this, even when their girlfriend is practically a super model.

it may mean that you are not totally into her. if you think about movie stars or models i can understand but if you think about her friends or other girls that you can get then you have a problem. its a sign you are just into her for the sex!!
