Drinking your own urine is fine, drinking someone else's can most certainly make you sick as everything that is in their body is in their urine - germs, bacteria etc. They could be totally and completely clean and only have the same bacteria you have but the odds are someone else's urine will make you sick.

I heard once that there are people who drink their urine and think it is healthy - I think this is nonsense but as far as I know they also don't get sick from it - still it is disgusting I think.
